NOSOUND is a project born in Rome in 2005 by the producer / multi-instrumentalist Giancarlo Erra, who moved to the UK in 2010 and has grown over the years becoming a full line band in the studio and on stage. The band has so far released 6 studio records, two lives, several EPs, with the prestigious Kscope label (Ulver, Porcupine Tree, Anathema).

The initial influences started from Pink Floyd’s rock with influences from Brian Eno’s ambient music, and then evolved to embrace postrock and electronics (Sigur Ros, Radiohead, Bark Pyschosis).

The seventh studio album is in preparation for 2021.
